Practice Focus

Daniel Hurst is a civil litigator who focuses his practice primarily on matters involving personal injury, insurance coverage and contract dispute, professional malpractice liability, construction defect, and product liability. He is a Shareholder and Vice President of the firm. Prior to joining the firm in 2004, he was a litigation attorney with a Chicago-based national law firm. He has extensive first chair jury trial experience and has tried numerous cases to verdict.
